Ross F. Mongiardo is a Certified Financial Planner^® based in Garden City, New York. He is the President of Steelview Wealth Management which is a comprehensive financial services firm specializing in serving the needs of business owners and high-net-worth individuals. 

Ross graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration. He earned four varsity letters in football while at Temple and was a member of the nationally ranked 1979 team.

After many years in the corporate environment, Ross transitioned into the financial services industry in 1990. Ross has earned the following designations: Certified Financial Planner CFP^®, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Chartered Life Underwriter. Active in his community, Ross is a past President of both the Garden City Chamber of Commerce and the Garden City Chamber of Commerce Foundation as well as a former member of the Lion’s Club of Garden City. 

Doug Mongiardo is a Financial Advisor based in both Manhattan and Garden City, New York. Growing up with a front row seat to the growth of Steelview, Doug developed an early passion for investing.

He attended Franklin & Marshall College, graduating with a bachelor's degree in business, and also played for the lacrosse team. He started his professional career in Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management division before spending the next few years working at Baillie Gifford, an international investment management firm based in Scotland. Doug joined Ross at Steelview Wealth Management in early 2024, providing financial planning and investment management solutions.

In his free time, he enjoys playing sports recreationally, traveling, and remains a loyal supporter of the New York Jets.

Nicole Scott is the Chief Administrative Officer of Steelview Wealth Management, supporting Ross & Doug Mongiardo and their clients for nearly 25 years. Nicole has established herself as a loving mother and dedicates her days off to spending time with her family. She is a Personal Fitness Instructor and recently added a Certification in Mental Health First Aid.
